The Directorate of Secondary and Higher Education (DSHE) has undertaken an initiative to manage transfer activities of MPO-listed teachers and staff working in private educational institutions (schools and colleges) through an automated software system. To this end, a virtual meeting has been convened with relevant officials.

According to a notice issued on Tuesday, 21 April by Deputy Director Md. Yunus Faruki, the initiative is being implemented in line with the “Policy for Transfer of MPO-Listed Teachers in Private Educational Institutions through Automated Software, 2026,” issued by the Secondary and Higher Education Division of the Ministry of Education. In accordance with this policy, a software platform has been developed with technical support to facilitate the transfer process of teachers and staff.

Through this software, data will be collected from the field level, including information on heads of institutions, assistant heads, teachers, and staff. A virtual meeting on the matter will be held on Wednesday (22 April) at 8:00 pm.

Regional Directors, Regional Deputy Directors (College), Regional Deputy Directors (School and Inspection Wing), District Education Officers, and Upazila or Thana Secondary Education Officers have been instructed to join the meeting via the Zoom platform.

The notice also mentioned that concerned senior officials will participate in the meeting.
