The Bangladesh Madrasah Education Board has issued urgent instructions regarding the online download, printing, and correction of registration cards for students who registered in the 6th grade in 2025. The directive calls on students, guardians, and institution heads to collect the cards through the respective madrasahs and complete any necessary corrections.
According to the instructions, the concerned madrasahs must access the board’s e-SIF link, select 6th Grade → eReg–Registration Print–2025, and click the Continue button using the institution’s EIIN and password to download the registration cards. The cards should then be printed and distributed to students with the principal’s seal and signature at the designated location.
The urgent notification, issued on Sunday, February 22, also notes that any students whose online birth registration number was not entered by April 24, 2025, have not yet been issued a registration number. After the birth registration number is entered, the registration number will be issued, and the card can then be downloaded and printed. No board fee will be applicable in this case.
For corrections, including student’s name, date of birth, photo, parents’ names, and gender, institutions must log in using their EIIN and password and follow the specified instructions. A board fee of Tk 300 is required for correction, which should be paid through the Sonali Bank payment gateway after submitting the application.
The board’s notice further states that registration cards can be downloaded immediately, and correction applications can be submitted until March 25, 2026. Failure to apply within the specified period will require subsequent applications through the Name and Age Correction Committee. Additionally, the QR code on the registration card can be scanned to verify the card via the board’s website, and the card can be printed multiple times without visiting the institution.
