Technical Trouble Temporarily Terminates Online GD Service
The online General Diary (GD) service has been temporarily suspended due to technical issues, according to the Police Headquarters. Officials assured that the service will be restored at the earliest possible time.
On August 18 (Monday) night, Police Headquarters’ AIG (Media and PR) A.H.M. Shahadat Hossain confirmed the matter in a statement.
He said, “The online GD service has been temporarily suspended due to technical issues. The service will be resumed at the earliest possible time.”
Currently, citizens across the country are able to file GDs online at all police stations. With the suspension of the online service, many people have faced temporary inconvenience.
