Nokia’s Newcomers: Cool Companions for the Scorching Summer
As sweltering heat grips the nation, Nokia — once a household name in the mobile market — has launched two new handsets in Bangladesh, aiming to refresh both the market and consumer interest. One of the models targets budget-conscious buyers, while the other is positioned in the mid-range category. With every purchase, customers will also receive exclusive gadgets and additional gifts.
According to Nokia Bangladesh, both handsets boast an impressive battery life that lasts up to three days on a single charge.
The Nokia C32 (7*GB + 64GB), manufactured locally at the Selextra Limited factory — Nokia’s sole authorized partner in Bangladesh — features a 6.5-inch HD+ display with a resolution of 720 by 1600 pixels. The device comes equipped with a 50-megapixel primary lens, a 2-megapixel secondary camera, and an 8-megapixel front camera to cater to selfie enthusiasts. Powered by a 5000mAh battery, it also includes a fingerprint sensor. As an added bonus, the package includes noise-canceling earbuds. Remarkably, this is the first phone in its price range to feature a glass back. Available in Charcoal Black and Autumn Green, the model is priced at BDT 13,499.
The second model, Nokia C22 (5*GB + 64GB), also features a 6.5-inch HD+ display with a resolution of 720 by 1600 pixels. It houses a 13-megapixel primary lens, a 2-megapixel secondary camera, and an 8-megapixel front camera. With the same 5000mAh battery capacity, this handset stands out with its durable metal chassis, 2.5D toughened glass front, and polycarbonate back. Customers purchasing this model will receive a T-shirt and exclusive earbuds as complimentary gifts. Available in Black and Sand, the Nokia C22 is priced at BDT 9,999.
