Bikroy to Bring Back Property Bonanza in September
Online marketplace Bikroy is set to host its fourth edition of the Online Property Fair this September in collaboration with Property Bazar. A dedicated portal—fair.propertyguide—has already been launched to facilitate the event.
On Monday, July 14, Bikroy authorities announced that last year’s fair reached over 2.2 million users and attracted participation from more than 10,000 interested buyers. This year, the platform aims to partner with over 20 leading real estate companies along with an exclusive banking partner to provide attractive home loan benefits to participants.
Sanjay Biswas, Head of Corporate Sales at Bikroy, stated, “Participants in the fair will receive special offers, discounts, and expert guidance, assisting them at every stage—from property search to financing and purchase.”
Bikroy added that the fair will be held under the theme, “Affordable Property Solutions for the Middle Class.” The event will feature a wide variety of property options, ranging from budget-friendly flats in emerging areas to premium apartments in upscale neighborhoods. Participants will have access to over 20,000 property listings including residential flats, commercial spaces, and land.
Additionally, more than 100 new and exclusive real estate projects will be unveiled for the first time during the fair.
