In the FIFA category, Sifat Ahmed claimed the championship title, with Irfan Wasit Khan securing the runners-up position. Meanwhile, in the eFootball division, Tanvir Shahriar was crowned champion, and Yasir Purna finished as runner-up.

Organizers informed the media on Sunday, February 1, that a total prize pool of BDT 400,000 was distributed among the winners of the country’s largest mega e-sports competition. The prize-giving ceremony took place on Friday night, January 30, at the Digital Device and Innovation Expo venue, where trophies and cash prizes totaling four lakh taka were formally handed over to the champions.

According to the organizers, the Digital Device and Innovation Expo buzzed with a unique fusion of technology and gaming throughout the three days of the e-sports championship. Although more than a thousand competitors participated in the online phase of the tournament, only the initially selected winning gamers advanced to compete in the live final rounds.

Speaking about the organization of the e-sports championship, Khaja Md. Anas Khan, Country Manager of Gigabyte, said, “The core focus of this initiative is the country’s young generation. Our aim is to provide a proper platform for those who love e-sports. The enthusiastic participation of gamers and the overwhelming crowd of spectators clearly prove that the future of e-sports in Bangladesh is extremely promising.”

Organizers of the Digital Device and Innovation Expo also noted that the e-sports championship witnessed massive enthusiasm from both tech enthusiasts and gamers alike. The strong presence of young participants indicates that e-sports competitions are rapidly emerging as a new avenue of opportunity in Bangladesh. According to the organizers, the primary objective of this championship is to highlight the potential of e-sports among the country’s youth and to prepare them for international-standard competitive gaming.

It is worth mentioning that Gigabyte, Acer, Netis, TP-Link, and UCC served as silver sponsors of the BCS E-Championship.
