CSE entered into a software licensing agreement with Chella Soft of India
Chittagong Stock Exchange (CSE) Commodity Exchange Service will be provided by Chella Soft, an Indian software company. A software licensing agreement was signed between the two institutions on Monday for the automatic management of clearing, settlement and risk management of the capital market of the port city.
CSE Managing Director M Saifur Rahman Majumdar and Chella Software Private Limited-India (Chella Soft) President Sunil Manglo signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organizations at the Radisson Blu Water Garden Hotel in the capital. Board members of CSE and senior officials of Chella Soft were present at that time.
Under the executed agreement, Chella Soft will provide Chittagong Stock Exchange with automated system for real time settlement, risk management and collateral management of commodity derivatives and equity derivatives contracts.
’Trimatra Digital’ is the local partner of Chella Software and would work together in this project as an OMS solutions provider for brokerage houses in Bangladesh.
