Sam Altman and another OpenAI co-founder, Greg Brockman, first approached Elon Musk about working on artificial intelligence, the lawsuit says. Elon Musk agreed to this. But OpenAI, which has Microsoft’s investment, is currently turning a profit. This constitutes a breach of the terms of the contract.
