Job seekers apply for their preferred jobs using the service. And employers can easily select the suitable candidate by looking at the profile. Here a user would first create a profile and CV with all the required information.
It may be noted that, Kormo Jobs first started its journey in Bangladesh. The service was launched in Indonesia in 2019 and India in 2020 after getting expected response. This service originated in Google by the hand of Vicky Russell, son of Bibi Russell, the world famous fashion artist of Bangladesh. He was the manager and operations lead of Google’s Asia Pacific region at that time. Currently co-founder of fintech startup Stripe.
