A specialized seminar on Google’s artificial intelligence, online advertising technology, search engine technology, cloud computing, software and consumer digital electronics services was held at the Conference Center of University of Information Technology and Science. Hundreds of students participated in the seminar organized by the Institutional Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of the university.
The seminar was moderated by Sarita Behera, Google Crowdsource Community Manager (Bangalore, India). In the seminar, the importance of Google Crowdsource and Explore Machine Learning for the students of the new age app application was described by UITS IQAC Director Engineer Md. Safayet Hossain. In addition, the Dean of the Faculty of Science and Engineering, Dr. Md. Ashraful Islam highlighted the future review and feedback of the seminar.
According to a press release sent by the university on Thursday, the participants of the recently held Google Crowd Seminar were enlightened on the wide range of crowdsourced data. From there students got to know the basics of crowdsourcing and related services. They also got an opportunity to learn details about how to get involved in the field of machine learning and artificial intelligence. They acquired interested in machine learning as well as networking with professionals through the seminar.
