The National Museum for Science and Technology celebrated the first day of 2023 by celebrating ‘Thank You Day’ with officials and employees of all levels. On this day, about 150 officers and employees of the organization were thanked for the successful performance of their duties in the past year (2022 AD) in Gangchil auditorium of the museum.
24 officers and employees at the level of cleaners, office assistants, bus helpers, bus drivers, technicians, senior assistants, assistant curators, curators, senior curators and deputy directors expressed their feelings on the occasion.
In the meeting, officers and employees of all levels promised to fulfill their duties with devotion in the spirit of patriotism and honesty.
While speaking as the President of the event, Mohammad Munir Chowdhury, Director General of National Science and Technology Museum said, “Everyone must perform their duties with strict integrity and devotion to raise this institution to international standards. Corruption, irregularities or misconduct will not be tolerated in any way. This institution should be used in the development of science education and the development of technology practice to reach the desired goal. Practices of corruption and negligence must be avoided. Institutions should be made audience friendly and everyone should develop a sense of accountability in fulfilling their responsibilities.”
