Indian energy solutions brand Luminous is making batteries for the first time in Bangladesh in a joint venture with Dhaka Power Traders (DPT) to make advanced instant power solutions available to consumers. The jumbo tubular battery combines advanced technology and design to provide better performance. They claim that the innovative design also reduces the maintenance requirements of the IPS service. In addition, these batteries have special water-filling plugs and indicators that alert customers to refill water.
