Under the initiative of Internet Service Providers’ Association of Bangladesh-ISPAB, a three-day long workshop is being held at a five-star hotel in Banani in the capital to improve the skills of engineers with the latest technology updates to protect the country’s cyberspace.
On Friday, 80 selected network engineers were taught hands-on Internet world’s border guard protocol security techniques and path manipulation, sustainable log management, and root hijacking and leak prevention. They were trained by APNIC trainers David Michel Palan, Abdul Awal and Nasir Uddin.
The workshop will conclude with the awarding of certificates to the trainees on Saturday. ISPAB President Imdadul Haque will hand over the certificates.
