Four seminars were held on the second day of the Bangladesh Digital Mela 2023. AMTOB, the organization of mobile operators, held a mobile congress for the first time today with these four seminars. Two seminars were held from 11 am to 1 pm. A discussion on 5th Industrial Revolution (5IR) and 5G infrastructure was held at Media Bazar on Friday from 11 am to 1 pm.
Posts and Telecommunications Minister Mustafa Jabbar was present as the chief guest of the seminar. He said, without skills, it is impossible to engage in any sort of activities. One must be able to use any type of digital device and its applications.
At this time, the minister also said, looking at the neighboring countries India and China, I understand that an active youth society and skilled youth society play the most role in building a developing country.
He also said that, even if the technology is in the best position, its control should be with the people. This is the main challenge of the fifth industrial revolution. It will be controlled by the youth. That is why they have to make a machine that will be controlled by them. If able to do this, the youth will be the controller of this civilization.
Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Digital University Vice-Chancellor Dr. Mohammad Mahfuzul Islam presented the main article.
Pointing out that, the fifth industrial revolution will spread from home to home, he said, “As the best companies today are technology-centric, Bangladesh needs innovative thinking and its application.” The main difference between the fourth industrial revolution and the fifth industrial revolution is that in the fifth industrial revolution, the leadership will be in the hands of humans. Humans will combine with robots to do any work in less time with less effort. This mistake has been solved in revolution.
