State Minister for Information and Communication Technology Zunaid Ahmed Palak said that Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has given me the opportunity to work in Silicon Valley from the marshy-land of Chalanbil.
The state minister said this at the annual conference of Bangladesh Chhatra League Tangail district branch on Saturday.
Speaking on the occasion, Zunaid Ahmed Palak highlighted the various concepts of Digital Bangladesh and said that Sheikh Kamal IT Training and Incubation Center is being set up in 64 districts so that our youth can create small startups in their own districts without rushing for jobs.
A project worth 100 crore taka has been submitted to the Ministry of Planning for Sheikh Kamal IT Training and Incubation Center at Madhupur, Tangail. Hopefully, we will be able to start that activity within this year. Besides, a high-tech park will be set up in Tangail to create entrepreneurs, said Palak.
Agriculture Minister Md Abdur Razzak, Central BCL President Al Nahyan Khan Joy and General Secretary Lekhok Bhattacharya were present on the occasion.
