In coming June, Google may bring their first foldable smartphone ‘Pixel Fold’ to the market. It is said that the official announcement about the ‘Pixel Fold’ will be made at the annual developer conference on May 10. News Engadget.
According to sources, Google’s upcoming foldable phone (Pixel Fold) is codenamed ‘Felix’. The Pixel Fold has all the modern touches of a foldable phone.
The Pixel Fold will feature a 5.8-inch screen. When folded, it expands to a 7.6-inch tablet-sized screen. Which is similar to the shape of the Samsung foldable smartphone. The Pixel Fold will be slightly heavier than the rival Samsung brand Galaxy ‘Z Fold-4’.
Google claims that the Pixel Fold will stay active for 24 hours on a full charge. And in low power mode it can provide continuous service for 72 hours.
The Pixel Fold features Google’s Tensor GTU chip. Previously tested on Pixel-7 and Pixel-7 Pro smartphones. It was launched last year. The good news is that Google will also be giving away a free Pixel watch with its foldable smartphone.
