With the passage of time, the need for fast charging features among smartphone users has increased manifold. Just as smartphone makers once fought over the megapixels of their phone’s cameras, now the battle for ‘wattage’ is on par. The tech world is abuzz with how fast one can charge a phone.
At the beginning of the year, Realme was way ahead of the race with their GT Neo 5 with 240W fast charging support. However, to ace it, Infinix recently unveiled their 260W all-round fast charging technology.
Now it is heard that Oppo is working on the fastest fast-charger to beat everyone, the speed of which will be equal to Redmi’s 300W charging technology shown in February.
When unveiled, this new SuperVoc solution will be the fastest smartphone charger on the market alongside Redmi’s 300W Immortal Second Charger. Estimated, it will fully charge the phone’s battery in just five minutes.
