Walton has started a free medical camp from Saturday to ensure the good health of every worker. More than 500 employees of the company, including the Managing Director of Walton Hi-Tech Industries PLC, received the medical services at a medical camp held at the Walton Corporate Office in the capital.
The medical camp is conducted by Japan based ‘Ship International Hospital’ with the courtesy of ‘Better Bangladesh Tomorrow’. The event was organized by Walton Administration and Medical Team.
Golam Murshed, Managing Director and CEO of Walton Hi-Tech Industries PLC was the chief guest at the inaugural function of the Medical Camp this morning.
Nazrul Islam Sarkar, Deputy Managing Director; Eva Rizwana Nilu, SM Zahid Hasan, Senior Executive Director; Firoz Alam, Chief Marketing Officer; Yazdan Reza Chowdhury, Chief Physician, Kashima Kohemi, Deputy Director, Ship International Hospital and others were present at the time.
Four specialist doctors of Ship International Hospital provided medical services to Walton family members in the medical camp; they were Dr. Ismat Jahan, Dr. Nurul Islam, Dr. Mantasa Tasnim and Dr. Kamruzzaman. Free checkups and tests included ECG, glucose, blood pressure and BMI.
