SoftEver, a software maker and IT service provider based in Mymensingh, has merged with ‘Dorkar Industries Limited’, the country’s first ever hybrid business platform, to create a link between producer-businessmen and consumers in digital transformation. Dorkar Industries includes online-offline malls and agricultural farm. There are courier services and electronic import-export activities and digital services as well.
In this regard, the owner of ‘SoftEver’, Md. Riyad Mia, said that ‘SoftEver’ has already gained worldwide recognition by working in the country and abroad with a business location away from the capital city. And this merger with ‘Dorkar Industries Limited’ will help reach the aim of working on a larger scale in the IT industry of Bangladesh through this company from freelancing to enterprise.
He said, “Personally, I have been working in the IT industry for over 8 years and I have been with SoftEver for over 5 years. During this time, we have served over 10 countries in the United States, the United Kingdom, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. SoftEver, a reputed IT service provider in Mymensingh city, will have all its existing services and some new services will be added.”
Arafat Rahman, chairman of Dorkar Industries Limited, said that they had signed an agreement with SoftEver on March 30. They are working to build a one-stop business hub for a fully digital business by building bridges between producers and consumers in a hybrid way, both offline and online.
It may be noted that, on 23rd December 2016 in Mymensingh city, two entrepreneurs Arafat Rahman and Md. Riyad Miah started their journey of SoftEver. Since its inception, the company has been providing services at home and abroad with reputation and confidence.
