Biman Bangladesh Airlines is going to launch ticketing system in its own app. For this, ‘Seba Corporation’ has got the job of ticketing solution in the online platform including mobile app. Biman has entered into a strategic partnership agreement with the software and technology provider.
According to the agreement, commercial activities will also be improved, including the creation of flight plans for aircraft, taking into account customer demand through artificial intelligence technology.
The service corporation said in a statement on Thursday (September 9).
Under the agreement, the service’s sonic ‘Passenger Service System’ (PSS) will be used to digitally transform the airline’s ticketing system, increase revenue and improve passenger experience, the statement said. The service’s commercial platform will also help increase Biman’s revenue.
