Xiaomi is currently gearing up to unveil its next generation flagship phone. The news is that before the end of this year, the Chinese technology product manufacturing company is going to bring two models, Xiaomi 14 and Xiaomi 14 Pro, to the market.
It is reported that Xiaomi will be one of the first brands to use the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip with the 14 Pro model.
Apart from the design, some information about the other specifications of the smartphone has already surfaced.
According to an Indian tipster named Kartikeya Singh, the Xiaomi 14 Pro will have a 6.7-inch micro quad curved 2K C8 display, which will support 1 Hz to 120 Hz dynamic LTPO refresh rate. The screen is protected by Gorilla Glass Victus 2 and features 1mm ultra-slim bezels. Besides, the screen will offer HDR10+, Full Link Dolby Vision and Pro Color Tuning and the world’s highest peak brightness of 3,000 nits. The display will also include 2K+Hz PWM dimming to reduce eye strain.
It offers up to 24GB LPDDR5X RAM and up to 1TB UFS 4.0 storage. For power backup, there may be a 4,860 mAh battery. The phone can support 120W fast charging.
