The Bangladesh Association of Call Centers and Outsourcing (BACCO), a trade organization of outsourcing and call centers, has met the members through the physical presence of the members of the member organizations as usual due to the reduction of cove 19 threat.
A total of 130 members from 100 organizations attended the meeting held at Banani Club in the capital, said Md. Selim Sarkar, executive coordinator of the organization. He said BACCO President Wahid Sharif thanked the members for their participation in the implementation of various initiatives and action plans of the BACCO Executive Committee at the meeting held on September 26. In addition to the launch of the new interactive website, the Directors-in-Charge and Chairman of the five sub-committees of BACCO outlined the various activities and plans of their committees.
In addition, various training workshops to build skilled manpower, publicity and publication activities for Bangladesh’s recognition in the international arena and research and development activities for the development of the BPO industry were discussed in detail at the event.
At the conference, the general members of BACCO gave various suggestions to the executive committee, hoping to work in unison to take the country’s BPO industry forward. Md. Abul Khair, Senior Vice President of Bakko, expressed his gratitude for the participation and advice of the members.
The program was conducted by Mr. Touhid Hossain, General Secretary of BACCO. The program ends with a pleasant cultural program and dinner.
