Regarding not reaching the benchmark of 4G download speed Robi’s Chief Corporate and Regulatory Officer Shahed Alam said to DiGi Bangla, “In case of data, speed depends upon number of customers within the site at a specific time, such as peak hours, where it was tested. High concentration of customers in a particular area at a particular time of an operator, data speed bound to saturate.”
