Dhaka division has the highest usage rate of multimedia class among 8 divisions of the country. In the last seven days, the rate of using multimedia class (MMC) in this division is 4.2 percent. The lowest is in Mymensingh division. The use rate of multimedia class in this division is 0.7 percent.

his rate says that even though the online classes are going on, it is not being registered. To overcome such a situation, the Department of Education has directed to ensure maximum use of 24,618 multimedia classrooms in the country from Monday.
Registration with MMC dashboard has been made mandatory in each class to continue online teaching-learning activities as per the guidelines.
The directive also directed the Regional Directors, Deputy Directors, District Secondary Education Officers and Upazila / Thana Secondary Education Officers to take necessary steps to ensure entry in the dashboard through maximum use of multimedia classrooms.
The Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education has informed the directive in an e-mail to the heads of public and private secondary and higher secondary level educational institutions (schools and colleges).
According to the directive, as per the decision of the eighth meeting of the annual performance agreement held at the Department of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education on February 26, regular information of the class activities taken online has to be entered in the dashboard through MMC Ad before the commencement of normal activities.
The directive called for initiatives to ensure maximum use of multimedia classrooms as soon as normal class activities begin and to ensure entry of multimedia class information directly to the dashboard through the MMC ad .
