Banglalink, a leading mobile operator of Bangladesh and global tech giant Huawei have signed a bilateral agreement to improve network quality through strategic mutual cooperation and network infrastructure modernization.
According to the agreement announced on Sunday, as part of the agreement, Huawei will use its latest technology and special algorithms to enhance Banglalink’s 4G network coverage and overall service quality. As a result of this latest innovative technology from Huawei, Banglalink customers can enjoy a better digital experience.
Banglalink CEO Erik Aas and Huawei South Asia CTO Ma Jian signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organizations. Recently, the formalities of signing this agreement were completed at the Banglalink corporate office.
Banglalink’s Chief Technology and Information Officer Hussain Turker; Banglalink’s Chief Legal Officer and Company Secretary Jahrat Adeeb Chowdhury; Banglalink’s Chief Corporate and Regulatory Affairs Officer, Taimur Rahman; Banglalink’s Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer Md. Muniruzzaman Sheikh and Banglalink’s Procurement and Supply Chain Director KM Zakaria were also present at the signing ceremony. Among the high-ranking officials of the two sides Hu Yu, CEO of Huawei’s South Asia CBNG, Huawei’s South Asia CTO Ma Jian, and Huawei’s Account Director were also present.
