After assuming the new responsibilities, Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission Chairman Engineer Md. Mohiuddin Ahmed attended a meeting inline of exchanging opinions. Meanwhile, the BTRC Chairman was felicitated by the ICC Communication and Peerex Networks Ltd at the end of the meeting on Sunday afternoon following the continuation of receiving flowery greetings one after another since assuming office.
He called on the stakeholders to play a leading role in building Smart Bangladesh. At the same time, Engineer Md. Mohiuddin Ahmed said that BTRC is committed to playing the role of a facilitator in the implementation of the goal and will hold a meeting with the stakeholders soon.
On the other hand, in the exchange meeting held with the workers, the newly appointed chairman of the commission said that he will try to move forward by facing the existing challenges of BTRC and sought everyone’s cooperation for this purpose.
He said, technology is constantly changing, so all the commission should be equipped with modern technology. Noting that BTRC will play a leading role in building a smart Bangladesh, he urged everyone to work together for this purpose.
