Internet is the ultimate highway of civilization. No digital or smart Bangladesh will develop without this highway. No matter what you dream, it will remain elusive. Which will survive between the voice calls and internet – will be determined in the future. We are moving to a data driven civilization. Therefore, it will not be possible to build a data civilization if we cannot build a data highway. The wider, smoother and more accessible the highways of ISPAB, the more the Smart Bangladesh will expand.
