Online vehicle service platform Zantrik brought an AI solution for the biker community of the country with innovative solutions for safe biking and emergency assistance. Meanwhile, the company has created a unique position among them by providing an app service for fixing damaged cars in the middle of the road or fixing mechanical faults. This time, the Zantrik team is going to set a new mark in the world of innovative Bangladesh with another new service- ‘Digital Driver’.
After research and development, this exceptional solution was released on the Google Play Store . Initially made for the Android platform, it is said that the iOS version will also come soon. According to the source, on July 25, Zantrik authorities gave the opportunity to use the app for free for 30 days with a link on their Facebook page. However, on the first day, 500 people signed up to use this smart service. Surprisingly, the next day applications increased more than two and a half times to over 1300.
Mentioning such an incredible response, Zantrik CEO Shubo Al Farooq is trying to ‘to make this product successful in the country as well as take it to the global market’. In his words, “As far as I know, we are the first to make something like this, in the world. By using the artificial intelligence “Digital Driver” app in your pocket smartphone, you will feel much safer on the one hand, and on the other hand, you will be able to drive comfortably on the road by following the rules and making the right decisions.”
Digital Driver (Bike) beta version app has 5 features. Among these, the most attention-grabbing is its emergency help. If the bike runs out of fuel through this help button, help can be sought from the app to any nearby biker. Also over speed alert, traffic sergeant alert, speed breaker/pothole alert and phone reception facility with voice commands among other features make the app attractive to every biker.
However, a feature of the app has been discussed since the beginning. That is traffic alert using voice commands while riding. While the speed-breaker alert is welcomed, fears have been raised that the app’s teaser of ‘Traffic Ahead’ warning to slow down will lead to dodging traffic. Some people have raised questions about this on the Facebook page of the Zantrik.
In the words of users “It is a revolutionary product. There is no doubt about this. But if there is a traffic sergeant in front to give an alert in advance, it did not seem reasonable. Also, this feature may be a part of some cooperation in Criminal Activities. Except this, all the features are great.”
According to the source, the standard package of this Zantrik app includes sleep alert, over-speed alert, live tracking, digital refuel, trip history, driver performance history, video clip record and speed breaker alert.
