The people of Mexico will use a chatbot made in Bangladesh to communicate with their government. REVE Chat, a Bangladeshi software company, is supplying artificial intelligence chatbots to Mexico.
The government of Mexico is taking this chatbot from REVE Chat in Bangladesh to make information easily available for the citizens of Mexico and to protect personal information. This information was revealed in a press release sent from REVE Chat on Monday (January 24).
‘National Institute of Transparency, Access to Information and Protection of Personal Data’- a Mexican government agency will use artificial intelligence chatbots to provide information to citizens, process service requests, and resolve conflicts. Through this, the government of the country will basically ensure the two basic rights of the people. The right to information and the protection of personal information. According to the release, various companies including Public Gold of Malaysia, Canadian Hearing Institute, Cool-winks of India are already using REVE Chat’s chatbot. The list includes Commercial Bank of Kuwait, Telecom Network Malawi, South America’s famous transport company BIT and so on.
