Bangladeshi startup shop has got new investment. This new investment is made by Valer Venture.
It is learned that the company is going to invest 74.4 million dollars in shopUp, which is about 633 crore in Bangladeshi currency.
The ShopUp, which was launched in 2018, had earlier received an investment of Taka 190 crore from the ‘Series A’ fund.
Meanwhile, Sifat Sarwar, co-founder of ShopUp, declined to comment immediately on the new investment. He said the matter would be officially announced next week.
ShopUp works to bring small and medium traders under one roof. In addition, the Bangladeshi startup connects the manufacturer with the wholesaler, the wholesaler with the retailer and the retailer with the buyer.
