Banglalink has inaugurated a digitally equipped advanced Learning Centre for its employees at its Head Office, Dhaka. It will provide the learners with enhanced learning experiences through both hybrid and traditional learning facilities. The Learning Centre was declared open officially by Michael Schulz, Group Chief People Officer, VEON, who was in Dhaka on a 4-day visit. Erik Aas, Chief Executive Officer, Banglalink, and Monzula Morshed, Chief Human Resources and Administration Officer, Banglalink were also present at the inauguration ceremony.
The Learning Centre includes multiple sections such as Digital & Automation, Data Science, Leadership & Culture, Business Excellence, Business Risk, Project Management, and Technology Excellence, which will ensure all-around skill development of Banglalink employees. Multiple touch screen interactive panels and breakout options of the centre will give immersive learning experiences to them as well.
