Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission (BTRC) has renewed an agreement for maintaining its Complaint Management Hotline 100 to strengthen customer service. The commission extended its agreement with Impel Service & Solutions Limited (ISSL) at its head office on Tuesday.
BTRC System and Services Director Sajeda Parveen and ISSL director Ashiqur Rahman signed this agreement paper on behalf of their company.
Mr. Subrata Roy Maitra (Vice Chairman, BTRC), Brig. Gen. Md. Nasim Parvez, (Director General, BTRC), Shazeda Parvin (Director, BTRC), Md. Aminul Hoque (Managing Director, ISSL) and Md. Ashiqur Rahman (Director, ISSL) was present at this renewal event.
ISSL managing director Aminul Hoque said, `This step encouraged us to excel our services more and contribute towards customer excellence.’
