Masud Sarwar said that tickets for 42 pairs of inter-city trains will leave Dhaka in two stages this year. On the occasion of Eid, these advance tickets will be sold completely online. The tickets for the western region from Dhaka opened at 8 am. Tickets for April 3 were given today. Eastern tickets opened at 2pm. Western region trains had about 16,000 seats. The latest information we received at 10:30am has sold 11,000 tickets.

Bangladesh Railway has informed that tickets for next April 3 travel will be available on March 24; April 4 travel tickets will be available on March 25; April 5 travel tickets will be available on March 26; April 6 travel tickets will be available on March 27; April 7 travel tickets will be available on March 28; Tickets for April 8 travel will be available on March 29 and April 9 travel tickets will be available on March 30.
