Posts and Telecommunications Minister Mustafa Jabbar has commented that no work will be done without pressing the button of a digital device.
He said, nothing can be done without pressing the button of a digital device. Be it from administrative work to land deeds or railway tickets; No matter what.
Mustafa Jabbar said that, it is the responsibility of every parent to give digital education to their children to face the challenges of digital technology. Converting school-college paper books into digital content for children has long been practiced in the developed world.
On Saturday (November 18), the minister opined so, while speaking as the chief guest at the exchange of views with teachers, students and parents. This exchange of views was organized on the occasion of the inauguration of the Titas branch of Ananda Multimedia School and College in Cumilla.
Emphasizing the need to establish digital schools, the minister said, teaching on computer education in a British school in Gulshan inspired me. It can be said that I got the idea of establishing a digital school from there.
He said that the challenge of Smart Bangladesh cannot be faced if children cannot be made smart citizens with digital skills. Education should not be viewed only from a commercial point of view, but steps should be taken to meet the expectations of the society. It will not be easy to create smart citizens depending on the conventional education system.
