REVE Chat, a Bangladeshi artificial intelligence based customer communication platform, has been listed as the first in the ‘European Business Review’, a trusted business magazine in the western world. The magazine published a feature on the 10 best chatbot platforms in which a SaaS-based company from Bangladesh got the top spot.

More than 30 companies from different sectors including e-commerce, banking, education, real estate, technology from different parts of the world are providing customer service using REVE Chat platform. Using the platform, the Government of Mexico serves approximately 98 million Internet users. In addition, various companies including Public Gold of Malaysia, Canadian Hearing Institute, Central Bank of Kuwait, Scotia Bank of Canada, Aneuron of India are using the REVE Chat. Among Bangladeshi companies REVE Chat’s customer list includes Ten Minute School, Rokomari.com, Transcom Digital, Southeast Bank, Lankabangla Finance etc.
