Apple is taking urgent steps as the infection of COVID-19 has increased once again. According to Bloomberg, the technology giant has already announced the temporary closure of three stores in the United States and Canada. News Engadget.
According to the latest data, Apple Stores at Annapolis Mall, Brickell City Center in Miami and Rideau Center in Canada will be closed until December 16 or 19.
It is unknown yet what exactly is the number of Covid-19 positive workers in the stores at this time. However, Apple said that the matter is being monitored regularly.
Security at each store has been beefed up. Initiatives have been taken to pay for daily health check-ups, wear of masks, extra hygiene and sick leave. In addition, the returning workers will be compulsorily tested for Covid-19.
