Meghna Cloud has a special platform for working on artificial intelligence in Bangladesh which will greatly help the university students as well as researchers and scientists of the country in the development of big data technology in the country. As a result, it will now be possible to store the country’s information in the country under the Made in Bangladesh cloud created by a public-private joint venture. There will be no need to rely on foreign data storage facilities. Rather, the cost of foreign exchange in purchasing and using cloud technology will also decrease. It will also be easier to provide services to any organization including public and private.
Before this, in the last month of January, BDCCL under the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Division and Gennext joint venture to build a cloud data center through its own technology and manpower. As per the agreement, a new Research and Development (R&D) center is set up for Meghna Cloud.
