The four-day ‘Smart Children Carnival 2023’ began at Bangladesh Shilpakala Academy Auditorium at Segunbagicha in the capital. President Mohammad Shahabuddin inaugurated the smart children’s festival for the first time on Wednesday morning visiting all 10 zones.
State Minister for ICT Zunaid Ahmed Palak guided the president to visit the event organized by Bangladesh Computer Council under the ICT Division to create people inspired by patriotism, innovative, creative, non-communal spirit and human qualities. State Minister for Primary and Mass Education Md. Zakir Hossain, ICT Division Secretary Md. Shamsul Arefin, BCC Director General Ranjit Kumar, among others, were present.
After visiting the festival, the opening ceremony started with singing the national anthem and reciting from holy books.
