Making use of online power, Bangladesh’s Nijer Bolar Moto Ekti Golpo Foundation is going to set a world record by training 2,000 entrepreneurs for free across the country. On this platform, 6 lakh humane people and 1 lakh entrepreneurs have developed across the country with the conviction of ‘selling faith, not products’. 15 crore worth of products were bought and sold on their online platform every Tuesday.
This information was presented at the Hello Dhaka and Entrepreneurship Conference held at the TCB Auditorium Conference Center in Kawran Bazar, Dhaka, on Saturday. The organizers said that the program is being held in 28 countries of the world including 64 districts of the country.
While speaking as the chief guest at the central event organized by the Dhaka district team, Iqbal Bahar Zahid, the founder of the Foundation said, I am not only creating entrepreneurs. I am working to make good people, humane people. It’s the biggest pastime of my life, even if it’s free. Working for an organization leads to a good night’s sleep.
Highlighting the idea competition of crores of taka, he said, in this competition to get investment of crores of taka through match making from among the members of the organization through the foundation, more importance will be given to the remittance earning expatriates of Bangladesh.
As the Facebook group of 4 lakh members has been closed for 5 days due to community standards, Iqbal Bahar, the creator of humanitarian entrepreneurship, has called on the members not to be sad and promised to get it back.
In addition to the entrepreneurs presenting their own experiences, 10 women entrepreneurs presented an aesthetic fashion show with self-made clothes and food items. At the end of the program, turbans were placed on the heads of foundation entrepreneurs.
It is reported that 6 lakh 75 entrepreneurs have received training in 5 and a half years of establishment.
