HD (High-Definition) format video sending facility is coming to WhatsApp. Meanwhile, the instant messaging app is testing the functionality of this feature on beta version users of its Android app.
WAbetinfo, a company that works on various features of WhatsApp, said that a new feature has been added to the drawing editor in the Android beta version of WhatsApp. When uploading a video to this new facility, an HD button will automatically appear at the top of the box. By selecting the button, you will get two different options called Standard Quality and HD Quality. By selecting HD quality, users will get the opportunity to send videos in HD quality or format.
The size of the videos sent in HD format will be slightly compressed, but their resolution will be 608 by 1296. As a result, better quality video sharing will be available on WhatsApp.
