Google Pixel 8 and Google Pixel 8 Pro are going to be released in October this year. Meanwhile, the CAD render (image) of the Pro model came out last March, from which the design and features of this phone were revealed. It is reported that the Google Pixel 8 Pro phone will have a triple rear camera along with a new sensor and an LED flash.
91 Mobiles said in a report that the new sensor is an in-built thermometer, which will help in determining body temperature.
Along with tipsters, some images leaked online claim that the upcoming Google Pixel 8 Pro could be used to measure body temperature. However, the images were later removed. 91 Mobiles said that the thermometer inside this phone is capable of determining the temperature of any object, including a person.
According to reports, the thermometer located just below the camera’s LED flash requires touching the head or skin. And the user should also make sure that the mobile screen is not touched at that time or there is no other object around the phone.
Within 5 seconds of clicking the start button on the screen, skin or head should be brought to the sensor and then the body temperature will be shown on the phone screen.
