Daraj Bangladesh has recruited 3 differently-abled persons in a bid to inspire the inclusion of these people into mainstream society. In a press release on Saturday, Daraj said that they have joined Daraj as the ‘Quality Control Officer’ of the management department.
These three individuals have been recruited through their skills and qualifications through the appropriate recruitment process. However, the Daraj Bangladesh authorities did not reveal the identities of these three qualified but especially capable workers.
Daraz has collaborated with such an organization, Adamya Foundation, that has been deliberately working to bring about a positive change in society by uplifting an underprivileged group and to include them into the mainstream by providing necessary training to the differently-abled people since 2013. Under the collaboration, Daraz has roped in 3 persons who have all the acumen and caliber necessary to work in a competitive office defying their physical Challenges.
Daraz, as a socially responsible organization, believes in such efforts. At the same time, they believe in ensuring equal opportunity for all. That’s why, 3 skilled and qualified candidates went through a rigorous recruitment process and matched all the job requirements. They have joined Daraz as “Quality Control Officers” in fulfillment under Operations department.
Daraz hopes to continue their humanitarian works and play their bit for the development of society by providing an opportunity to the differently-abled people under different collaborations in the days to come.
