Grameenphone Chief Executive (CEO) Yasir Azman is speaking directly to customers, field staff, distributors and retailers nationwide as part of a special initiative ‘Pothay Pothay’. As part of this, he is exchanging views in Panchagarh, Thakurgaon, Nilphamari, Lalmonirhat and Dinajpur districts from last Sunday (May 5). Circle Business Head of Rajshahi Region Md. Atiqul Hossain and other officials accompanied him on this visit on Tuesday, May 7.
During the discussion, he expressed his conviction to ensure world-class network for Grameenphone customers using cutting-edge AI technology. Grameenphone can now predict customers’ usage needs, which helps keep the network tailored to customers’ needs. Grameenphone is using such technology not only in cities but also in rural areas to enrich the customer experience.
