This is because the display of fitness bands is smaller than that of smartwatches. No need to run out of battery quickly like a smartwatch. These types of bands can also be worn during sleep. Best of all, fitness bands are also cheaper than smartwatches. There are fitness bands from various companies in the market. There are various options starting from 2,000 taka to 20,000 taka.
