Two-way transaction service of bKash has been launched with Pubali Bank PLC, one of the largest private commercial banks in the country. As a result, the bank’s customers can now instantly ‘add money’ to their accounts through the bKash app at no cost. Besides, customers can withdraw or send money instantly from bKash to Pubali Bank to their own account or to another account.

As Pubali Bank has been added to bKash’s largest ad money network, the opportunity to bring money from the country’s top 45 commercial bank accounts to bKash account has been created very easily. To avail this two-way transaction service, the customer first needs to go to the ‘Bank Account’ option by tapping on the ‘Add Money’ or ‘bKash to Bank’ icon from the home screen of the bKash app. After that to select ‘Pubali Bank PLC’ and link with bKash account with necessary bank account details. In case of setting up a link to ‘Add Money’ or ‘bKash to Bank’ in your own account, the mobile number registered with the bank and the bKash number must be the same. However, you can directly type Pubali Bank account number to ‘bKash to Bank’ in ‘Other Account’.
Once the link is established, a customer can bring money from the Pubali Bank account to the bKash account as needed at any time through ‘Add Money’ in the bKash app. Again, without going to the bank, sending money to any account of Pubali Bank, including loan installments, etc., can be taken at home through ‘bKash to Bank’. After the transaction is completed, the customer will receive a notification via SMS. It should be noted that, in both cases of Ad Money or bKash to Bank, the limits set by Bangladesh Bank will be applicable.
