Using the Smart Customer Portal, customers will be able to access their insurance policy information online from anywhere at any time. The portal is open 24 hours a day and can be used using any device (desktop, laptop, mobile phone and tablet) with internet connection.
All the necessary information regarding the insurance policy of the customers including the policy status, maturity date, premium payment date can be found from this portal. It will also help customers to download annual premium payment certificate for the purpose of income tax return and pay premium securely online.
The Smart Customer Portal ensures customer safety and confidentiality of information, as only MetLife customers can view this information.
