The CTO Forum Innovation Hackathon is launching for the third time with the aim of empowerment and job creation through digital transformation. This competition will continue throughout the month of September. The final winner of the competition will be a millionaire. And a judicial panel of local and foreign technologists has been formed to select those innovative technology services.
The hackathon will be held in three rounds to innovate public technology services. The Idea Round will start on September 10 and 12. September 24-25 Prototype Round. And the final episode will be held on October 2.
More than two hundred contestants have already registered to take part in the competition. The organizers hope that this number will reach 300.
NM Zeaul Alam, Senior Secretary, Department of Information and Communication Technology, inaugurated the competition on Saturday.
Speaking as the chief guest, he called upon the youth to focus on research and development in providing technology services.
Fair Group Chairman Ruhul Alam Al Mahbub pledged not only financial but also overall support to the young innovators including technology.
On the other hand, BTRC chief Shyam Sundar Sikder said that the shortage of internet speed in the country will end soon.
The Managing Director of Hitech Park Bikarna Kumar Ghosh, a2i Project Director Md. Abdul Mannan and Professor Yuki Kado Bayasi of NAIST, Japan spoke among others at the opening ceremony of the hackathon. ,
