When Apple launched its independent repair provider program in the United States in 2019, it promised to expand to other countries as well. The top technology giant declared on Tuesday that it would set up the certification on a larger scale.
The program also seeks to make customers outside of Apple’s accredited service providers credible to customers. Any organization can join for free under this program. That’s why they don’t have to have Apple-certified technology. Gadget repair companies will only be covered if they pass the online certification test.
Certified companies will have access to the actual parts, tools, repair manuals, and diagnostic features of all Apple products. This will allow them to complete the repair of Apple products properly and safely.
Earlier, the program was expanded to Canada and Europe outside the United States, but this time it is being expanded to more than two hundred countries. From Apple’s list, shoppers in that country can see which repair stores are available in that country under this program.
As a result, even if you do not have an accredited repair store in those places, you can take services from those companies without any hesitation.
