Computer and networking training will be given in Srimangal for two months from September to October in a mobile computer van. The program was inaugurated on Sunday (September 3) under the project titled ‘Technology Empowerment Center on Wheels for Underprivileged Rural Young People of Bangladesh (TEKAB 2nd Phase)’. A total of 40 trainees including 20 women and 20 men of the upazila will participate in the training.
The President of the Parliamentary Committee on Estimated Accounts of the Jatiya Sangsad, Deputy Principal Dr. Md. Abdus Shaheed inaugurated the event virtually.
Chairman of Srimangal Upazila Parishad Bhanulal Roy, Deputy Director of Moulvibazar Youth Development Department Md. Mizanur Rahman, Srimangal Police Inspector (Operations) Tapas Chandra Roy were present as special guests. The event was presided over by Srimangal Upazila Nirbahi Officer Ali Rajib Mahmud Mithun and conducted by Upazila Youth Development Officer Asim Kumar Kar.
