According to PwC’s survey, e-commerce platforms have a mix of products from multiple brands. As a result, the comparative price is also known from there. However, consumers say that the brand’s own website also has some advantages. For example, brand websites are more trusted, especially for apparel, electronics, beauty products and personal care products. Besides, the brand’s website also has a high stock of their products.
